There are a few reasons in my mind for this.  1. People just expect to pay for it themselves just like cable or other utilities. 2. Most companies or properties don&amp;#39;t offer it as an amenity. 3. You could argue that it fits in the &amp;quot;some paid utilities&amp;quot; category.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;d be curious to see where it did fall in the survey, and/or if Wi-Fi/Free Internet was a choice on the survey as well.
